Our Advanced Dental Plan (ADP) is an annual reduced-fee savings plan for families and individuals that allows all ADP Members to receive quality dental services at greatly reduced prices. Unlike conventional dental plans, with ADP there are no deductibles, yearly maximums, or waiting periods to begin treatment.
ADP benefits coverage begins immediately on plan registration and payment.
Benefits include:
- 10% courtesy on periodontal cleanings
- 1 courtesy fluoride treatment per year
- Annual oral cancer screening
- Treatment planning
- Periodontal charting
- 10% courtesy on all crowns, implants, bridges, fillings, dentures, extractions.
Limitations:
Membership is $350 per person.
