When you arrive for your appointment, our front desk team members will provide a warm welcome and ask you to fill out some paperwork. When we’re ready for you, we’ll call you back and get to know you as we professionally clean your teeth. Then, Dr. Moheban will examine your mouth and talk about any concerning findings. From there, we’ll develop a treatment plan and schedule any necessary follow-up appointments.
Every new patients needs to complete forms and provide certain information, such as their medical and dental history. Although we will have these forms available in our office, you can also download them and fill them out before you come to our office. That way, you spend less time in our waiting room, and our team can process the paperwork sooner, allowing you to begin your appointment on time.
